Method and instructions: 1. Firstly, we will need to prepared the white fungus, Lianzi and lily buls. All three need to be washed and soaked overnight. After that, we will need to break the white fungus into smaller pieces. 2. Remove the shell from the gingko nuts. 3. Put the lily buls, red dates, lianzi and gingko nuts into the pot of water. Let the water boil. 4. Once the water boils, it is time to add in the logan and white fungus. 5. The water will take a while to boil again. Once it is boiling, turn the heat lower for slower boiling. We let this slow boiling for about 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. 6. After that introduce the sago and rock sugar into the pot. Leave it to boil for about 15 minutes more. 7.
