Carrot Soup recipe 1

The following is a free online recipe for making carrot soup. This is a vegetarian recipe. Carrot is rich in vitamin A and beta carotene. It is the root of a plant from the Parsley family group of plants.

Ingredients:

1. 4 pieces of carrots,2. 1 large piece of onion,

3. 1 small head of celery,

4. 1 piece of turnip,

5. 3 oz. of breadcrumbs,

6. 1 blade of mace

7. 1-1/2 oz. of butter

8. Some pepper

9. Some salt

Method:

1. Firstly we need to prepare and wash the vegetables. Slice them up into small piece. Once done, boil them with 3 pints of water. Add bread, butter and mace. They have to be boil until the vegetables becomes fairly tender.

2. After that, rub the boiled vegetables through a sieve.

3. Place the mixture to the saucepan. Next, season it  with salt and pepper. If the soup gets too thick,  add some more water. Monitor the cooking. The soup should be as thick as cream.

Finally boil the soup.

Autumn Jewels Gelatin Salad

This is a free online recipe for Autumn Jewels Gelatin Salad.

Ingredients:

1. 2 apples

2. 1 cup of cranberries fruits

3. 6 ounces of red gelatin

4. 1 cup of sliced celery

5. 1/2 cup of pounded pecans, walnuts nuts

6. 1/2 a cup of sugar

7. 15 ounces of pineapples that are crushed

8. 2 cups boiling water

Method and instruction:

1. Cut the apples, cranberries celery into small pieces. Mix sugar with apples and cranberries. After that cover them and put them into the refrigerate.

2. Next, drain the pineapple and retain its juice.
3. Mix gelatin into hot boiling water. Dissolve the gelatin by stirring. Add
fruit juice that is made of apricot and strawberry nectar to
the pineapple juice. Top up the solution to 1 cup. next, add this solution to the gelatin mixture. Put them into the refrigerator until slightly the result is thickened.

3. Combine the cranberry-apple mixture (that was made in part 1) with the drained pineapple, celery and nuts. Stir all of them into the gelatin mixture.

4. Light grease a mold. Pour the mixture into the mold. Chill them until firm.

5. Pour the result from the mold. You may want to serve it on a bed of lettuce. Alternatively it can be garnished with sour cream or slightly sweetened with whipped cream and a small sprinkling of cinnamon.

Free Online Apricot Salad recipe

The Apricot  is a type of Prunus. Its scientific name is Prunus armeniaca. Laetrile is extracted from apricot seeds.
This is a free online recipe for making Apricot Salad. This recipe is fairly easy to prepare.

Ingredient 1:

1.  1 large box of apricot jello2.  1  large jar of apricot baby food

3. 1  can of crushed pineapple. Please drain to get the juice.

Ingredient 2:

1. 1 pkg of dreamwhip (which is 1 envelope)
2.  1 pkg of cream cheese (which is 8 oz)

Ingredient 3:

1. 1  egg
2.  3/4  c of sugar

3. 1 Tbsp ofbutter
4. 1  Tbsp  of  flour (heaping)
5. 1  c of pineapple juice (add water to juice retained to make a full cup)

Method and instruction:

1. Firstly, mix jello with only 3 1/2 cups of water.  Next, add baby food and
pineapple.  In a pan, chill the mix until firm.

2. We need to prepare dream whip. Do so as directed.  Beat in the cream cheese.  Next, spread on jello and chill until firm.

Step 3:  Combine and cook until thick.  Leave it to cool.  After that, spread on top and chill.

Soup recipe - Tofu and sweet corn chowder

This is a free online recipe. Tofu and sweet corn chowder is a Hong Kong cuisine.

Ingredient:

1. 1 tsp of rice wine

2. 1 tbsp of oil

3. 1 litre of vegetable stock

4. 6 straw mushroom

5. 6 fresh shitake mushroom

6. half a diced carrot

7. 300 g of soft diced tofu

8. 2 tbsp of green peas9. 200 g fresh corn

10. 1 tsp of salt

11. 1 teaspoon of sesame oil

12. 2 tbsp of cornflour dissolved in 2 tbsp of water

13. 1/4 tsp of pepper

Method:

1. In a saucepan, heat the oil. Add rice wine and let it sizzle.

2. Introduce the vegetable stock. Raise the heat to boil.

3. Next, add the mushroom and carrot. Let them simmer for a few minutes.

4. Add the sweet corn and tofu. Again let them simmer for a few more minutes, before adding salt and green peas.

5. Now add the cornflour mixture and stirr. Make sure the soup thickens into a chowder.

Lastly, add sesame oil and pepper. The chowder is now ready for serving.
