Firstly, the fillings for the curry puffs need to be made. 1. Prepared 2 litres of boiling water. In the boiling water, cook the potatoes and sweet potatoes. This should take approximately 8 minutes. 2. Dish out the potatoes and sweet potatoes. Drain them. 3. Next, in oil, heat up the chopped onions. Heat until the fragant comes out. 4. After that, pour in chilli powder, curry leaves and curry powder. Fry and stir them until fragrant. 5. Next we need to place in the rest of the ingredient. Stir fry, mixed well and then dry. 6. Zui Kueh is Savory Rice Pudding. It is an Asian Recipe that is popular in South East Asian among the ethnic Chinese. It is often eaten as a light or morning food. The followings are recipe instructions for making Zui Kueh. Ingredients: Batter: 1. 80 gram of sago flour 2. Half a kilogram of rice flour 5. 550 gram of water 4. 1/2 tsp of salt5. 1 tbsp of oil. 6. 1700 ml of boiling water For Topping: 1. 150 gram of finely chopped tai tou choi (vege). The tai tou choi needs to be soaked for 10 minutes and drained after that. 2. 200 gram of chopped preserved radish. The Radish needs to be soaked for 10 minutes before being drained.3. 2 tbsp of chopped garlic 4. 3 tbsp of oil 5. 1/2 tbsp sugar
Method:First of all, the toppings for the rice pudding needs to be prepared. 1. Heat up the oil. Saute the pieces of garlic. Do so until fragrance is emitted. 2. Mix them until smooth. 2. Next, take out the smoothed batter and place it into a metal tray. 3. Using high heat, steam them for 30 minutes. 3. Take them out.
