Fillings:
1.Wash the mushrooms and remove its stem. Peel the carrot skin. Chop the mushrooms and carrot finely.
2.Mix the chopped mushrooms, carrot, minced pork and seasonings into a bowl.
3.Beat in the eggs and mix evenly to make the fillings.
Making the Cabbage Rolls”
1.Tear off the cabbage leaves. Trim them into squares. Soften them in boiling water, remove and lay flat.
2.Place a portion of the filling on each square cabbage leave and roll them up.
3.Steam it for 8-10 minutes and serve.

Method
1.Bring ½ wok of water to boil and blanch the noodles until soft.
2.Remove the noodle from the water and put it in a bowl.
3.Add the vegetables into the boiling water and blanch it until soft.
4.Remove the vegetables from the water and put it in a bowl. Pour the wok of hot water away.
5.In a large saucepan, heat the oil and saute the ginger until pungent.
6.Pour in the wine, sizzle, then add in the chicken broth and shredded ham. Bring to boil.
7.Add the noodle into the broth and simmer for 1 minute to heat. Divide noodles into individual bowls.
8.Add the vegetable into the broth and simmer for 1 minute to heat. Divide vegetables into the bowls filled with noodle.
9.Pour the broth over the broth and serve hot.

Chocolates have always been an old favorite. This is a recipe for making Chocolate and Nut Cookies.

Ingredients
Make 18 pieces of cookies

| Instant Coffee Powder |

| Walnut (finely chopped) |

Method for Chocolate and Nut Cookie recipe.
Baking Tin Preparation
1.Preheat the oven to 180 degree for about 6 - 10 minutes.
2.Prepare the baking tin with baking paper, grease the paper with some butter.
Cookies mixtures preparation
3.Place the egg whites in a bowl, whisk it with an electric mixer until it is puffy and creamy.
4.Add in sugar, cocoa powder, flour and coffee powder. Continue whisking the mixture until the ingredients are blended thoroughly.
5.Add in 1 tablespoon of water, continue whisking the mixture until it is thick.
6.Fold in the chopped walnut.
7.Place tablespoons of mixture on the baking tin (leaving spaces in between for cookies’ expansion), making about 18 pieces of cookies.
8.Baked the cookies for 12 – 15 minutes until it is golden and slight crack can be seen. Remove from oven and leave it to cool. Store it in airtight container to keep its freshness.

Serves 4
Pancake Ingredients
115g plain flour
1 egg white
250 ml cup milk
Vegetable oil for frying
Banana Fillings Ingredients
4 banana, sliced
3 tbsp of maple syrup
2 tbsp of fresh lime juice
Making the Banana Fillings
1.Place the banana, maple syrup and lime juice in a pan and simmer gently for 1 minute.
Making the Batter
1.Mix the flour, egg white and milk in a bowl.
2.Add 4 tbsp of cold water. Whisk the mixture until smooth and bubbly.
Making the Banana Pancake
1.Heat the pan with vegetable oil.
2.Swirl in enough batter.
3.Cook both side of the batter until golden. Place it on the serving plate.
4.Spoon in the banana fillings. Fold the batter to cover the fillings. Serve while hot.
