Methods
1.Wash the crabs clean.
1.Heat the vegetable oil in the wok untill hot. Add in garlic and chili. Stir-fry until fragrance.
2.Add in condense milk. Add in ginger and tomatoe. Heat until warm.
3.Add in water, salt and soysauce. Heat until warm.
4.Add in crabs. Heat for another 15 minutes until fragrance.
5.Add in corainder leaves, serve.

Method
1. Heat the wok with oil until hot. Add in mince garlic, chili and onion. Stir-fry it until fragrance.
2. Add in prawn. Stir-fry it. Cover the wok for about 5-10 minutes until ingredients are cook.
3. Add in soy sauce, salt and tomatoes sauce. Stir-fry it, cover the wok till fragrance. Place it into plate and serve.

This is a free recipe for making Parsley Garlic Butter. Hope you like it.

| Flat-leafed Italian parsley |
1 packet (10g) |
| Garlic (remove paperly skin) |
4-5 cloves (250 g) |

Methods
1.Chopped parsley finely. Add it together with the garlic into the food processor. Pulse until both are finely chopped.
2.Mix mixture (in step 1) well with the butter. Spoon it into container and refrigerate.

Flavoured Butter Recipe
1.Put the raisins in a bowl, add the rum over the raisins and leave it for an hour.
2. Add mixture (in step 1) to the butter. Mix well, spoon into container and refrigerate.
