Flavoured Butter Recipe
1.Put pistachio into a food processors, pulse it until coarsely chopped.
2.Mix well chopped pistachio, honey and butter. Spoon into containers and refrigerate.

Pineapples are not really apples. It is an edible tropical fruits. Its flesh is mostly yellow in colour. It is often used in desserts and salads.

Methods
For Pineapple Jam
Mix all ingredients. Cook under low heat until almost dry. Add in butter last. Leave to cool.
For Pastry
- Mix flour, caster sugar and butter well.
- Add in egg yolks and egg white last.
- Roll into dough.
- Divide dough into small dough balls. Flatten the dough balls.
- Shape it using pattern maker (optional)
- Filled with pineapple jam.
- Place it on a grease baking tin.
- Bake it at 180 degree for 20 to 25 minutes until it turn golden.

Methods
1.Wash beef and cut into cubes. Mix well with marinate and marinate for an hour.
2.Skew beef, shallots, galic and small tomatoes in sequence using sticks. Glaze it with butter and place on baking tray.
3.Bake/Grill it for 10 minutes in the oven at 220 degree for 10 minuts.
4.Flip the opposite side of the stick, brush it with the remaining marinade. Raise the oven temperature to 230 degree, bake it for another 10 minutes. Remove from oven and serve.

Methods
1.Slit through the backs of prawns to de-vein and rinse.
2.Mix well seasonings. Stuff seasonings into the backs of prawns and arrange neatly on a baking tray glazed with some oil.
3.Preheat oven to 200 degree. Bake prawns in the oven for 20 minutes and serve.
