Method
1. Heat palm sugar with water in a saucepan at low heat till the sugar dissolve completely. Leave palm sugar syrup aside.
2. Cut avocados into half, scoop out the avocados flesh and put it into the blender. Add in milk, blend it till smooth. Add in half of palm sugar syrup, continue till syrup and avocados flesh blend throughly.

1.Soak white fungus in water until tender.<br />
2.Trim and cut it into small pieces.<br />
3.Wash and cook it in boiling water for 3 minutes. Remove from water, rinse and set aside.</p>

1.Soak dried lily in water for an hour. Drain.<br />
2.Wash and drain fresh lotus seeds and red dates.<br />
