<p>Method<br />
1. Wash the salmon under running water, pat dry with paper towels. Run your fingers over the flesh to check for pin bones. Pull them out and discard. Cut the fish into chunks.<br />
2. Place the fish chunks in a small pot with the wine. Bring it to boil over medium heat, turn the heat off immediately. Keep the pot covered and leave it for about 5 minutes.<br />
3. Pick the dill fronds off the stem, discard the stem and chop the fronds finely.<br />
4. Peel the skin off the fish, discard. Remove the fish from the the wine and place it in the mixing bowl. Flake the fish apart with a fork, check for bones, discard if there is any.<br />
5. Add 50g of the butter, the dill, lemon juice, sour cream, capers, gherkins and shallots. Mash the mixture up with a a fork. Add salt and pepper to taste.<br />
6. Melt the remaining butter and pour over the mixtures.<br />
8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.<br />
9. Removed from the fridge and it is ready to serve with bread or crackers.</p>

<p><strong>Methods</strong><br />
<strong>Mixture 1</strong><br />
1.Heat up the wok at low heat. Add in whipped cream and milk. Stir the ingredients till it is blended and cooked. Leave wok aside to cool.<br />
<strong>Mixture 2 </strong><br />
1.Heat up another wok at low heat. Add in 40 g of butter, stir butter till it melted completely. Leave melted butter in a bowl to cool.<br />
<strong>Mixture 3 </strong><br />
1.Add in 100 g of butter to the heated wok at low heat. Stir butter till it melted completely.<br />
2.Add in flour (little by little). Stir till butter and flour blended well.<br />
3.Add in mixture 1 (little by little), continue stirring till ingredients blended completely.<br />
4.Add in 40 g of butter, continue stirring till ingredients blended completely.<br />
5.Leave it in a bowl.</p>

<p>Method and instruction:</p>
<p>1. Cut the apples, cranberries celery into small pieces. Mix sugar with apples and cranberries. After that cover them and put them into the refrigerate.</p>
<p>2. Next, drain the pineapple and retain its juice.<br />
3. Mix gelatin into hot boiling water.  Dissolve the gelatin by stirring. Add<br />
fruit juice that is made of apricot  and strawberry nectar to<br />
the pineapple juice. Top up the solution to 1 cup. next, add this solution to the gelatin mixture. Put them into the refrigerator until slightly the result is thickened.</p>
<p>3. Combine the cranberry-apple mixture (that was made in part 1) with the drained pineapple, celery and nuts. Stir all of them into the gelatin mixture.</p>
<p>4. Light grease a mold. Pour the mixture into the mold. Chill them until firm.</p>
<p>5. Pour the result from the mold. You may want to serve it on a bed of lettuce. Alternatively it can be garnished with sour cream or slightly sweetened with whipped cream and a small sprinkling of cinnamon.</p>
