Ingredients Red Fish Fillet 500g Curry Paste 2 tablespoon Lime leave 2 Onion (chopped finely) 2 Fish sauce 1 tablespoon Chilli (chopped finely) 2 1 tablespoon Method 1.Cut fish into small pieces. 2.Blend fish with curry paste, lime leaves, onion, sauce, chilli and juice until it form a smooth paste. 3.Divide paste into portions.
