Method 1. Heat palm sugar with water in a saucepan at low heat till the sugar dissolve completely. Leave palm sugar syrup aside. 2. Cut avocados into half, scoop out the avocados flesh and put it into the blender. Add in milk, blend it till smooth. Add in half of palm sugar syrup, continue till syrup and avocados flesh blend throughly. 3. Pour step 2 avocados mixtures into a tall glass, drizzle with the half of the palm sugar syrup.
