Method and instruction: 1. Boil a small pan of water. Blanch the fungus in. Rinse in cold water. Drain the fungus. 2. Using the same pan of water, blanch the button mushroom and the baby corn. Same as above, rinse in cold water. 3. In a wok, heat up the olive oil. Next, add carrot and cauliflower and some salt. Stir fry the mix for about 2 minutes. 4. Now add the button mushroom, baby corn, broccoli, black and white fungus and the Chinese mushrooms. Combine and stir. 5. Now pour in the stock. Cook for another 1 minute or so. To season, add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar. Test the taste and estimate the flavour. The stir-fry mixed vegetable is now ready. Thank you for reading this free online recipe.
