Asian recipe - Stir-fry Mixed Vegetable

This is a free online recipe. This one is Hong Kong styled.

Ingredient:

10 grams of white fungus that are trimmed and soaked.10 gram of soft black fungus that are trimmed and soaked.

60 grams of button mushrooms.60 grams of baby corn

1/4 teaspoon salt1 tbsp of olive oil

60 grams of sliced carrots

90 grams of  broccoli

90 grams of cauliflower that are cut

60 gram of cooked Chinese mushrooms

80 ml of vegetable stock

half tsp of sugar

1 tsp of sesame oil

1 tsp of light soy sauce

2 tbsp of oyster sauce

Method and instruction:

1. Boil a small pan of water. Blanch the fungus in. Rinse in cold water. Drain the fungus.

2. Using the same pan of water, blanch the button mushroom and the baby corn. Same as above, rinse in cold water.

3. In a wok, heat up the olive oil. Next, add carrot and cauliflower and some salt. Stir fry the mix for about 2 minutes.

4. Now add the  button mushroom, baby corn, broccoli, black and white fungus and the Chinese mushrooms. Combine and stir.

5. Now pour in the stock. Cook for another 1 minute or so.

To season, add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar. Test the taste and estimate the flavour.

The stir-fry mixed vegetable is now ready. Thank you for reading this free online recipe.
