Asian recipe - Stir-fry Scallops with Spinach

This is a free online recipe for Stir-fry Scallops with Spinach. This is an Asian recipe.

Ingredients:

Spinach 15 stalks
Dried Scallops 6 pieces
Water 1 cup
Garlic 2
Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
Seasonings
Salt 1 teaspoon
Cornstarch water 1 tablespoon
Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon

 

Methods:

Step 1: Soak spinach in water. Wash thoroughly to remove sand particles.

Step 2: Wash dried scallops clean.

Step 3:Remove garlic outer layer and chop it into small pieces.

Step 4: Heat wok with vegetable oil until steams can be seen. Add in garlic. Stir-fry it.

Step 5: Add in spinach. Stir-fry it. Cover the wok for 3 minutes

Step 6: Add in scallops. Stir-fry it. Cover the wok for 5 minutes

Step 7: Add in salt followed by soy sauce. Stir-fry it. Cover the wok for 5 minutes.

Step 8. Add in cornstarch water. Stir-fry it. Cover the wok until aromatic. Place it on a place. Ready to serve.

 

Note that cornstarch water is prepared using a tablespoon of cornstarch mix with 2 tablespoon of water. Stir it.
