Methods: Step 1: Soak spinach in water. Wash thoroughly to remove sand particles. Step 2: Wash dried scallops clean. Step 3:Remove garlic outer layer and chop it into small pieces. Step 4: Heat wok with vegetable oil until steams can be seen. Add in garlic. Stir-fry it. Step 5: Add in spinach. Stir-fry it. Cover the wok for 3 minutes Step 6: Add in scallops. Stir-fry it. Cover the wok for 5 minutes Step 7: Add in salt followed by soy sauce. Stir-fry it. Cover the wok for 5 minutes. Step 8. Add in cornstarch water. Stir-fry it. Cover the wok until aromatic. Place it on a place. Ready to serve.
