Instructions
Step 1: Wash chicken, removes the inner intestines, cut it into pieces.
Step 2: Heat wok with vegetable oil. Heat until steam can be seen from the oil.
Step 3: Put in curry powder, stir-fry it until aromatic.
Step 4: Add in cut chicken, stir-fry it until aromatic.
Step 5: Add in salt and curry leaves and stir fry it. Cover the wok for 5 minutes.
Step 6: Add in coconut milk. Stir-fry it. Cover the wok for another 10 minutes.
Step 7: Add in 1/4 cup of water (enough to cover the chicken meat).
Step 8: Cover the wok for another 10 minutes until chicken is cooked and tender. Ready to serve.
