| Vegetable oil |

| Garlic (peeled) |
10 cloves (smash) |
| Ginger (peeled and cut into pieces) |

| Salt |
½ teaspoon |
| Soy Sauce |

| Condense Milk |
1 1/2 cup |
| Water |
1/2 cup |
| Coriander leaves |
2 stalks |

Methods
1.Wash the crabs clean.
1.Heat the vegetable oil in the wok untill hot. Add in garlic and chili. Stir-fry until fragrance.
2.Add in condense milk. Add in ginger and tomatoe. Heat until warm.
3.Add in water, salt and soysauce. Heat until warm.
4.Add in crabs. Heat for another 15 minutes until fragrance.
5.Add in corainder leaves, serve.
