Methods
Step 1: Cut Mozzarella Cheese into small rectangular pieces.
Step 2: Put Yeast into water. Stir until the yeast dissolves completely.
Step 3: Put in flour. Knead into dough. Put in salt and olive oil. Continue kneading.
Step 4: Leave the dough for 40 minutes.
Step 5: Cut dough into 200 gram each. Leave it for another 25 minutes.
Step 6: Press to flatten the dough to about 1 cm thickness. Place cut mozzarella cheese at the edge. Fold the edge of the pizza to cover the cheese.
