| Egg yolk |

| Pineapple Jam Filling |

| Pineapple (grated) |

| Sugar |
300 g |
| Butter |

Methods
For Pineapple Jam
Mix all ingredients. Cook under low heat until almost dry. Add in butter last. Leave to cool.
For dough
Mix all ingredients. Roll into dough. Divide into small dough ball.
Baking
Put a small portion of pineapple jam on the dough ball. Continue this process until finishing all dough balls.
Put it in the baking tray grease with some oil. Bake it at 180 degree for 20 to 25 minutes until it turn golden.
