| Pumpkin |

| Chicken broth |

| Water |
3 cups |
| Leeks |

| Butter |

| Cheese |
20 g |
| Salt |

Methods
1. Cut the pumpkin into big pieces. Peal and de-seed pumpkin.
2. Cut de-peel pumpkin into smaller sizes.
3. Put cut pumpkin, chicken broth and water into the saucepan and bring to boil.
4. Simmer in low heat for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.
5. Add in butter, cheese, leek and salt. Stir gently until butter and cheese blend into pumpkin.
6. Put soup in bowls. Sprinkle with sliced chive. Ready to serve.
