| Chives |

| Chili |
1 stalk |
| Pig liver |
150 g |
| Ginger (peeled) |
10 g |
| Vegetable oil |
1 ½ tablespoon |
| Salt |
½ teaspoon |
| Light Soy sauce |
1 tablespoon |
| Pepper |

Methods
1.Wash and cut pig liver, chives, chili and ginger into pieces.
2.Heat the wok with oil until hot. Add in cut pig liver. Sprinkle with pepper on it. Stir fry it till fragrant. Remove to plate.
3.Heat the wok with some vegetable oil until hot. Add in cut ginger, chili and chives. Stir fry it till fragrant. Add in earlier stir fry pig liver, salt and light soy sauce. Stir fry it, cover the wok and heat it till fragrance. Remove to plate, serve.
