| Ingredients |
| Asparagus |

| Lean pork |
85 g |
| Carrot |
½ a stalk |
| Ginger |
10 g |
| Seasonings |
| Vegetable oil |
2 tablespoons |
| Salt |
1/4 teaspoon |
Methods
Step 1: Remove the outer layer of asparagus, ginger and carrot. Cut it into slices
Step 2: Heat wok with water till boil. Add in sliced asparagus and carrot. Boil it for 5 minutes. Put the asparagus and carrot on a plate and remove the water.
Step 3: Heat the empty wok to dry. Add in the vegetable oil till boil.
Step 4: Add in ginger, pork, carrot and asparagus one after another at interval of 3 minutes. Stir-fry it. Cover the wok till fragrance.
Step 5: Add in salt. Stir-fry it. Cover the wok for another 3 minutes till fragrance. Place it on the plate. Ready to serve.
